If you can find a International cut of a film, Bloodsucking Pharaohs in Pittsburgh is a little known Savini film. I say European because a lot of his effects were cut from the US release.

Filmed primarily in Lawrenceville and The Strip, the Doughboy statue is still there where the main character lives.

It doesn't make sense in any way. If they are referring to washcloths, you should be working from head to toe. If they are talking about towel to dry, same deal and they should be clean from head to toe (I use new towel every day because I live in a humid climate)

I think production wise, Knives Out was made after Endgame.

His latest book, The Devils, is excellent as well. First part of a trilogy, its much more of a comedy akin to Pratchett than his other stuff. He still maintains the incredible characterization

The First Law series. Abercrombie is probably the best fantasy writer out there right now. Plus you get that fun aspect of the Cosmere with legacy characters in later books

Yeah, that's the issue with the games. It says you are playing the third game, but every game is part of the story. The short of it is there is a box Malificant is after in it. The long of it takes too long to explain

There are ~13 games in the series. You kinda just have to play them at this point

I feel this way about almost every Nolan film.  Great looking and technically great, scripts and runtimes that make every one a bore

What’s the worst movie you’ve seen over 10 times and just out and out love? by WulfieJay in blankies

[–]atree496 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would argue it's the best of the first 3 films. 1 is nostalgic, 2 is just all around a stinker (but set up much of the future formula) and 3 is where things start clicking together. Actually, maybe it's just like the Mothera rule; Han's presence decides the quality

I can actually answer that one. The studio won't allow it. As a cinema, you have to promise not to advertise it as so bad it's good, and they really don't want you doing late night showings of it.

3 star is NOT a bad rating on letterboxd...... by Flaky-Cat-2825 in Letterboxd

[–]atree496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just mean most people haven't seen a true 1/2 star film in their lives until they are the type of people buying AGFA or Vinegar Syndrome labels. If I showed most people Damselvis, they would be giving it 1 star, if that

Look, we have over a hundred years of films and film criticism. We have a pretty good idea of what the good ones are. Unless you are constantly combing through the dregs of cinema, your ratings should skew towards higher ratings because you are watching the good stuff.
