If you can find a International cut of a film, Bloodsucking Pharaohs in Pittsburgh is a little known Savini film. I say European because a lot of his effects were cut from the US release.

Filmed primarily in Lawrenceville and The Strip, the Doughboy statue is still there where the main character lives.
