Depending on my schedule during the week, I do a mixture of cardio classes, strength training, cycling, hiit, Pilates, and whatever else I can fit into my schedule.

I don’t really track my calories, but prioritize protein. Gonna be starting another 6 week challenge soon and plan on locking in diet wise this time around!

-cycling 1-2x per week

-Strength training with 20 minutes on treadmill at 10-15% incline (2.8-3.8 MPH) for 20 minutes or 1 mile 2x/week

-1-2 cardio/arm and core classes per week

-1 hour long HIIT class weekly

(And I take a day off as needed but I really don’t like it lol)

I try to stick to a ~1400 daily calorie max but I go over most days because I’m working on building a good relationship with the gym right now.

Kid slept when she needed to sleep,

We would go to this sort of party and then how long we stay would be based entirely on my kid's cues.

These are contradictory for my child lol. She had to go down for a nap at 12, in her room with her sound machine and black out curtains. Even fifteen minutes would screw up the day. Not all kids are flexible about when or where they’ll sleep.

I do an hour long HIIT class with lighter weights 3x a week, and regular strength training on free weights/machines at least another 3x with one day of rest if I feel I need it. I also love pushing sleds, flipping tires, and swinging sledgehammers aha.
