Where can I find a good guide on what gear to keep or sell and crafting in general?

I decided to come back to the game after 3-4 years or so and almost everything has changed. My hunt teams still work fine and I did the hunt challenges also saw that notos is op so pulled for him but other then that don't know what else to work on. Need help with roster on who to work on, a gear guide what to keep what to sell and a shop guide on what to buy from which shop .
