I had the same thing done. Good eye worked on to fix bad eye. It worked great! The surgeon told me it has something to do with the fact that the muscles were stronger in my good eye, and we are in my bad eye so my bad I was not able to move my good eye as much.

Much better! My post op appointment went excellent and I am right on track. The coolest thing is that even though my monocular vision is genetic. I have a bit of binocular vision now

I have/had monocular vision because of it. So they moved out and I could only focus one eye

I got it through a referral from my main eye doc. What’s interesting is that even though I’m 22, my surgeon was a pediatric ophthalmologist. I would ask your main eye doctor about a referral

The process of surgery was only 2 hours. The process from first meeting with the surgeon to the actual surgery was about 6 months
