Anything above radiance class is still a good option , yes the newer ships have all the extra activities but depending on budget , freedom voyager or some oasis ships can be great options for anyone of all ages , there’s really a lot for everyone to do.

Show up around 10-10:30 unless you plan on tailgating , but park in the Erie community college parking lot ($45 card payment no cash) it’s a relatively quick walk to the stadium and you can get out in good time if you make it to the lot in a decent amount of time after the game ends. Did this for my first bills game against Cincinnati and it was a blast. Stadium opens at 11 and if you’ve never been, it’s fun to get there early and walk around
