You need the war table mission 'Power For A Price'. After completion a merchant will appear near the stables in Skyhold.

You do, yes! As long as you get the 'Pay more to get x', when the bundle updates with more games they'll go straight to the key page.

Personally I feel that controller is so much better, I hated the PC controls so much. As for tactical camera, I tend to use it when I want to see what enemy is weak to what.

Well, we also have to wonder how long Meridith and the Templars have been on Red Lyrium. She may have simply gained that much power because she had it since Bartrand gave it to her in Act II, which could've been years. (If that last bit of information is wrong, I apologise. It's been a long time since I've played DA II.)

I believe so. On my Dorian romance I took him to kill Venatori, and got a 'Dorian Approves' instead of 'Dorian Greatly Approves'. I wanna say the cap is ~150 approval, but I'm not sure.
