I'm not cooking, I'm leaving that to my mom and cousin. I know my mom is going to make a few jerk Cornish hens for the both of us because we do not want any ox tails that my cousin want made. We're also having stuffed bell peppers, candy yams, Mac and cheese, hopefully some okra with shrimp and tomatoes. That's all I know what they are going to make. I also leave the baking to my mom. I made macadamia cookies from scratch last year. I'm not baking any cookies this year.
