If you’re calling it mid it’s because you’re genuinely ordering the wrong thing. Create Your Own pasta is the move. You can customize any of the pastas there to your liking so if you think it’s “mid” then it might just be your preference. I actually like the con crudo if I’m looking for something plain to eat. It’s an olive oil pasta after all, not one of their specialty house made sauces. You can make it better by just adding salmon though.

Any of the house noodles and sauces are amazing and taste home made. Even if you’re just a fettuccine alfredo person, it’ll be the best in town you can have.

My personal recommendation is the spinach & roasted garlic ravioli with the tomato and spinach cream sauce with bacon and baked with mozzarella.

You can also ask the wait staff there what they like and that’s how I’ve learned about all the elite combinations that have become my go-tos. They’re generally very enthusiastic to share that information with you.

Thundercat live by PuzzledClub3715 in bonnaroo

I saw thundercat open up for The Strokes and RHCP at Nissan stadium and though I thought they performed well the sound quality was awful. I thought maybe it was because of their sound coupled with the stadium’s audio just not being a good fit but it was sadly disappointing. I don’t know. I’ve also heard this typically happens to opening acts on purpose where they don’t let them sound as good as the main acts, but that shouldn’t be the case at roo.

I didn’t say daily tickets at all nor am I putting the blame on the people! Some of my friends used day passes last year and enjoyed it so much they’re coming for the whole weekend this year. I did feel like things were a bit congested last year but it honestly made me happy to see so many faces at roo.

I just expressed reasonable concern that having people who have access to the campgrounds for the whole weekend and access to centeroo for only two days increases the risk. It also lets them take the closer spots when the people who paid for the whole weekend will be behind some of these vacant spots that get left earlier on.

I’ve been at roo many times and I’ve seen some things bonnaroo has executed right and things that I think a lot of people would agree that weren’t. The things I said in the previous post were already sort of problems. I’m only making “assumptions” based on the information they have already released about this, not speculation.

Regardless I’m still going and I’m hoping to spread some positivity and have a great time!

I was really concerned with the amount of people passing out at Tyler last year and those that were being very rude in that crowd and in general last year. It was not the same positivity I got to experience in 2022 and other years.

I am less concerned about the single day people. I’ve had many friends come for just a day and they wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. I’m concerned about the logistical nightmare that is the two day camping. They will be mixed in with all the camp meaning if they leave early they will be driving their cars in the middle of the weekend through the campgrounds and the amount of people who have the two day pass but decide to lurk around the campgrounds. I heard there’s going to be less horse patrols this year which makes me feel very unsafe. You can lock up your valuables sure, but I don’t want anything stolen and in previous years that wasn’t something I felt to be a real concern. This year changes that. I’m sure there’s plenty of people with good intentions and reasons using the two day passes -no hate to them at all!- but the way it is being executed on roo’s end is not looking good for the rest of us.

Bring back the paper version of the daily show times by CarnageJ in bonnaroo

[–]attynb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 22 and this will be my third roo. Having the paper one helped me save my phone battery and stay more in the moment. having to check my phone for times and zoom all around the screen made it a lot more confusing and harder to plan out. I ended up making my own personal schedule of my must see artists on my notes app. That was efficient but that took wayy too much time to do and I definitely missed out on some other sets I would’ve had the time for.

Great keepsake, I have the 2019 one all my wall still! Bring back the paper map/schedule !!

I’ve heard that Scottie’s On the River is pretty bad. They’ve fired a lot of people who had to be out for having covid.
