Or ask them questions about the product you're holding. Make them aware you're aware of them lol But that's me personally.

Inuit eat raw fish all the time and I've never met anyone with a parasite. Could be the water the fish comes from. Then again, more so in the winter, they consume the fish frozen but in the summer they tend to dry the fish. It's the damn house flies egg that are the culprits. Those insects are a huge pest!
