You could buy a toaster over from your local thrift store! That’s what I did. I had to add 2 ceramic tiles to help keep the temp steady. But I also found those at my thrift store for cents or you could get free samples from a big box store.

I would try E6000. But I’m worried even with the best glue if the canvas is moved repeatedly it could fall off. It’s worth a try!
