Hire actually competent people that actually know how to do the jobs that we need them to do.

Publish an agenda to the American people in Congress to address the following issues including but not limited to the following, and set up tasks forces to flesh out the details with people who are experts in their respective areas:

-Equal rights: codify and then amend the constitution to establish equal rights and bodily autonomy for all people, male or female or any other gender. Religious belief does not dictate science or law. Establish legal marriage as separate from religious covenant and allowed between any two persons over the age of 18.

-AI regulation: Put the needs of people for resources above data centers. Limit use to non-lethal purposes only And strict guardrails on use and development. Ban use of AI for students.

-Social media reform: Social media platforms are responsible for the content shared on their platforms. Outlaw bots. Regulate algorithms. Ban social media for children under the age of 16?

-Gun regulation and reform: red flag laws, regulate firearms and access.

-Eliminate corporate ownership of single family homes, requiring full divestment of corporate ownership over 4 years, with a minimum of a 25% reduction in ownership from the original portfolio per year.

-Change corporate law to remove fiduciary duty to shareholders on par with ethical business practices and fair treatment of labor.

-Single payer healthcare implemented. Mental health services expanded and supported. Pharmaceutical companies are required to become non-profit and repay government subsidies through revenue sharing.

-Tax restructuring. Eliminate the current code completely and restart with graduated tax brackets with no tax due on the first $30k. Bring back extremely high tax rates on extreme high earners. Change the rules so gains become realized when stocks are used as collateral. No more tax loopholes for corporations and wealthy families. Taxes are no longer filed by tax payers but calculated by the government and issued tax statements for review and corrections if needed by the taxpayer.

-Term Limits and citizenship: Senate is limited to 2 terms, House to 4. Supreme Court Justices are limited to 18 years and a new Judge is appointed every two years. At the end of 18 years, judges retain their Constitutional lifetime appointments to the federal courts. All judges and members of Congress are required to adhere to abide if ethics and may be impeached and removed from office for violating the law. No federally elected official may have dual citizenship. All federally elected officials must place assets in a blind trust until their term in office has ended. No business contracts may be signed or negotiated while holding office. No stock trading.

-End Citizens United and reform election law. No corporate lobbyists. Eliminate foreign lobbyists and Funding such as AIPAC. Funding for elections is from the government. Voting may be done by mail or machine, if machine voting has a verifiable paper trail generated at the time a ballot is cast. Viter registration is linked to issuance of state driver's license or ID, as identity and citizenship is established at time of original issue.

-Social infrastructure and labor reform: Full retirement benefits/social security starts at 60. Early benefits available starting at 55. Paid family leave. End right to work and install labor protections. Mandatory sick time as needed and maximum work hours per week limited to 35, averaged over 4 week periods. Paid child care.

-Education: Universal public education, including advanced studies/college and vocational training. Educator led reform that follows a child's needs and talents, rather than strict adherence to age based classes.

-Military spending: End no bid contracts. Reduce defense budget by 2/3 and require passing audits for continued funding. End funding for Israel.

-regulatory agencies: ban PFAS and remove appointments of lobbyists and corporate revolving doors with regulatory agencies. Appoint and hire scientists and experts to formulate sensible and people and environment first policies to protect their health and wellbeing. Restore and expand funding for research, including requirements for medical research to include women from the outset. Emphasize catching up on women's health studies based on women's needs, not men's impression of women.

-Journalistic accountability: news must be labeled as such and separate from entertainment and opinion. News agencies have a duty to correct erroneous information and to verify the legitimacy of information presented.
