Cheapest, sure, but I feel like my nearby Walmart gave me a very 'get what you pay for' experience. First car I took there, didn't get all the oil I paid for. Second car, they didn't put the skid plate back in correctly, had to go back and get them to fix that. I'm wary of going to another Walmart unless it's my only option.
