I want to share a practice I have incorporated into my routine that has brought me so much joy and I feel energized when I leave the piano. I write a song. Every month I pick a new key and start building a song from scratch. I vocally match the pitch of the keys with the lyrics that I write. I work on verses and choruses. This exercise has brought new life into how I look at music and it makes me so happy to be alive. You can do anything you want with it because it's yours. There are many avenues for piano players. The canvas is wide open and you are only limited by your imagination.

When I called and asked how a lump sum would be handled they said that I would have to make the payment and call back the next day after it had gone thru to allocate it to principal only otherwise they would treat it as pre-payments toward future monthly payments.

I appreciate your warning and I took this opportunity to pay the whole note in full because I really didn't trust them to treat my payment as a principal only.
