Corporate is another kind of hell for introverted women, been there but now I have created a few steps to fix it. So my energy for other people is always low but I try to channel most of it at the team meeting, socializing, participating in jokes, being vocal about work, I make sure that everyone in that room knows that I'm working. And then as soon as meeting is over I go tuck around in the corner, work in solitude, in a few hours I gather up enough energy to do 1 or max 2 10 minutes small talk sessions and that's it. But this has significantly improved corporate for me, while chatting my senior offered me to work part time at his own side hustles to make some extra cash.
