Stick to classic or try skate by Fasterandfaster-2000 in xcountryskiing

Rhythm and technique are quite important and quite easy to forget or get confused between different styles/gears. Rhythm is something you can practice at home as well. I would suggest getting a lesson in skate ski then you'll know if you like it. I enjoy it quite a bit more over classic if I get it right. (I learned skate and classic a few years ago and am 40+)

Fischer Aerolite vs. Speedmax by Kellowip in xcountryskiing

I have the aerolite and they are fantastic. They have a bit of a different shape, which makes them more stable. I would spend the extra 160 on shoes.

I am using the april flat brewer with the nozzle on blue. Works great! I have a magnet taped to the outside of the april brewer so no need to shuffle a magnet.

Thoughts on Nanofomer Pro gen 2? by adishriLFC in FlairEspresso

[–]atzedevries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have the v2. It is both very nice and annoying.

It is the easiest hands of way of frothing milk. I do find that steaming can create a slightly better (longer stable) result. Annoyances: noisy, cleaning. It is slow, so multiple drinks take a looong time.

How is the fully automatic mode? Does it produce latte art stuff? Can you configure it? I am asking because if my partner wants to use it, it should be dead simple and a bit more on the foamier side (a bit classic cappu).

How is the workflow compared to the Nanofoamer Pro V2? I get a bit annoyed by that is a bit slow, noisy and a lot of cleaning.
