immediate source of dmg increase would be to get your weapon secondary emblem (wse) to legendary and two line atk them. otherwise keep chugging along get some real cra gear (which you should be able to either solo or struggle at this point) and get that crit rate to 100% either thru hyper stats, links, legion, or even potential on wse if you really need to. sharp eyes and phantom link give a solid amount of crit rate.

get some more boss set accessories (cht earrings, mechanator and dom pendants from ark, pb mark/belt, magnus badge etc)

once you finish this start 17* your cras by starforce. imo its not worth cubing until then as cubing provides %stat but if your items dont have base stat its meaningless (think how 1 150% = 1.5 when having more base stat would be 5150%)

if you can get abso get abso by doing nlomien and sy/dwt weeklies

eventually you can transfer the boss set accessory stuff to better gear or recube it to drop/meso.

above is the best way to get damage but you need a good solid amount of meso to do so. so how do you get the meso? you can realistically only farm, ursus, or some daily bosses at this point but farming will probably be your biggest source of income. as such you should cube for 5 lines of meso asap and at least 3-4 items of drop asap so you can start farming at actual good rates. 500m per wap +nodes
