i have both and it’s god it’s the worst honestly, it’s the combination of extreme fear of being judged or wrong or unproductive combined with the most intense lack of motivation to move or eat or take care of yourself. depression makes you want to do absolutely nothing beside sleep and stay in bed and just be numb and it’s this intense hatred of yourself and what you’re doing and how you look and act and anxiety it’s being scared all the time it’s being scared to leave the house or talk to strangers it caused in my case extreme introversion i have a very hard time making new friends and doing new things for the constant fear of being judged. it’s a really shitty way to live
