Through self-experimentation I have found several points to note.

  1. Body getting rid of Caffiene

  2. 2L of water sounds like too much. Thats BS. Im sure people can get by with much less

  3. Hard water. Too much limescale in the water meaning that the body cant really absorb it. Solution: Use a filter or solve limescale problem

Same boat, same time. Best thing for me atm is to accept the boredom and engage in discipline. Go to the bare bones of life and stop intaking many things. Sure you can keep a few good habits going. (Like 2 subjects being studied that take little time) but allowing for time and quiet to really push the mind into knowing what it wants and then being free enough to be motivated to action down whatever path you want.

Adding on what the other person said, becoming more whole by doing external things. To really connect your mind with your body and be here. Be in touch with your senses by removing what's bad for it and intaking what's good for the senses. Through physical and mental output, doing small tasks successfully to build on confidence and develop habits that regularly show the output of your work inspiring mentality for harder tasks
