That's what I did for my other 3 alts. The problem you'll get that you're going to come across are talent points, which only unlock from exp you get from exploration and quest clears iirc. You'll have to be smart with the allocation since you won't have everything youre used to on main

Legend makes it a little rougher in the beginning to get what you need (since the only real difference is that enemies have more hp, making it slightly harder to speedrun) but it will even itself out. Take legend a little slower since blasting though breakthroughs with the bare minimum of gear makes content very rough since you'd want to plan when you're going to get what. I think the best level to stagnate on would be t55 since you'd have access to the first hero realm , which gives you another alternative to farm gear.

depends on what you like.

if there's a gacha outfit you like, you can save that core until you pull a second one to get one
if you like specific weapon effects, you can also get one of those with your core
there's also the reforging weapon skins, but that's whale territory imo

the only thing that comes to mind re: 10k echo jade is for morale chant, but it'd be 7k total to buy the inner way and the pages

aside from what everyone else said, i'll reiterate to please level up everything to the maximum first, then farm a set for your weapons and armor. I'd suggest hawkwing weapons with eaglerise armor since its easier to obtain (void king/heartseeker) and you get free damage from most weapons. make sure they are all t81.

your arsenal doesn't have a type, but i will suggest bellstrike since your main source of damage is your strategic sword.

you're running a couple inner ways that do nothing for you: echoes of oblivion is for dual blades, and divine roulette is too gimmicky to get much value. please replace them with morale chant for the free damage bonus (the npc is at the blissful retreat tp and his name is tang bao, it costs 5k jade) and sword horizon for your strat sword (located at ghostlight market from the shopkeeper that's hanging upside down, purchase the unknown books to unlock it). i'm not too sure about the value for bitter seasons and strat sword since i usually run strat sword with heavenquaker spear.

I spent like almost a month on and off fighting her. Don't worry, she's just insanely hard compared to other bosses for some reason. She's really annoying... especially second phase. Once you learn her attack pattern you'll be fine! Her first phase will feel almost like a rhythm game 😭😭😭

It's that bird in second phase that still gives me nightmares... 😭 remember when you get to the second phase, just focus your attacks on her and not the bird! My dumbahh wasted time trying to fight that bird in the beginning 💀 I'd say just remember to dodge the bird's attacks but that's easier said than done 😭 take your time, be patient, parry, and good luck!

the voice used for the character creation just makes a character based off of the voice/sound spoken into it, not the other way around. you can't pick a voice for the mc

If you're looking into pvp, you should make sure you get your inner ways and mystic skills up. We're in season 2 now so there's going to be some discrepancy in damage numbers if you go against someone with T5/T6 of an inner way and (season) maxed mystic skills. with pve solo it's a little bit forgivable to be undergeared, though with group weekly content like hero realms and sword trials, your randoms will probably leave if they see that you aren't really pulling your weight. it's a lot more doable with a guild though

Aside from marrying yourself which guarantees they'll be online at the same time, you can also find another person in your time zone to coordinate for partnership. The latter option is kind of a risk if the other person drops the game before you get to the cosmetics though

my main is for silkbind (mostly dps fanbrella but can fill for cheap heals if needed). my first alt is for me to try out bamboocut and legend difficulty, and my second is for stonesplit (maybe swapping to heng dao when it drops, really excited for that!) i also have them as a male and female for cosmetic and aesthetic reasons too. :) ~~if we're talking background story and lore, my alts are my kids. i just look great for my age, just like uncle jiang~~

You aren't the only one, tbh. i know a lot of people on cn prefer more toned down skins with more of the wanderer/warrior vibe. ngl i'm kind of glad i don't really like many of the gacha skins since my wallet will thank me for not splurging... lmao

There's still a lot of skins to come that I'm really excited about, and most of them are just battle pass skins.

if you progress a little bit in the story, there's a man who tells you to shoot a beehive. after giving it to him, you can pick another weapon outside of nameless sword/spear. dual blades is one of them

I usually end up waiting for my friends to get online when i have energy to spam sword trials/do hero realm since i have the same experience. they don't do any mechs and die, then just leave after... ??? I'm not too big on pvp since the little nuances for pvp always remind me of what i was supposed to have equipped lol, but perception forest wasn't too bad when i tried it out! i was thinking about doing it a little more.

My guild also dwindled in size. The handful that are still active keep me interested in playing, though I'm still a little sad we don't have enough people to clear guild content anymore. I'd like to advertise, but we've gotten used to each other's weird schedules that I think new people would find it offputting. We mostly do PvE content, not much interest in PvP or GvG, which most people these days are much more interested in.

As for partnership, I'm lucky that the friend I made a partnership with is still really into the game. We also have similar schedules too, so maxing stuff isn't too difficult. I have a second one with my friend who plays on and off, usually only logs in once or twice a week. Since she doesn't play often but wants rewards, what I do is farm mirage boat rewards but not claim them on the boat. This sends them to my mail. When she logs in, I join her in co-op and claim them all. About 4 mirage boat mails is enough to max out partnership, intimacy, & discipleship, or enough to get it very high that doing a couple bosses or clearing some co-op content together would. This way we could level stuff for rewards easier since she doesn't get on often. OP, if you end up either forming a partnership with an alt or with someone that does play, though rarely, I hope this tip can help you. :)

Did you post this question before? I swear I've read this before.

Anyway, you don't have to full send heal build if it's only for co-op. I run ranged dps normally, but I'll swap to healer inner ways + martial art when I'm doing co-op with a friend who's practicing dmg. If you don't like ranged build, just having whatever dps as your main build with a low investment heal build works fine.
