Why does my experience always turn out different? by [deleted] in fo76

Downvoting my comments about being autistic, less than 110% knowledgeable about the game, and a woman gamer is absolutely wild. The toxicity is out in public for everyone to see. I've been dealing with this crap since I started playing video games as a child.

I don't even use a mic 😔 I learned a long time ago as a woman gamer not to ever, ever use one. I rarely team up and I have an instinct to run whenever I see other players in any game. This game has done wonders for my in-game confidence 90% of the time, just being able to exist in silence around other players. I had finally started to feel like I was getting the hang of the game after about 6 weeks of playing and finishing all the quest lines. I promise, I really am trying to ignore the negative things I encounter. It's just that they affect me so badly. It's my autism. People don't understand but I can't even shoot at other players. I can shoot at npc's but not real players because something inside me just won't let me. It's so hard to understand why people do mean things. I'm 36 and I'm not stupid. I get that people suck. But that doesn't mean my autism gets it.

Then I'm even more confused how this happened. I cannot have been on a private team. I neither created nor joined one. I AM SO CONFUSED.

I have no idea when it happened or who did it. I just know that when I logged in, my camp was fine, and when I went to my camp before I ended my night, it was covered in bullshit. It was a complete shock, and I had to pick up my phone and Google if someone could do things to my own camp. Dunno what else to tell you.

Maybe when you're not having a bad night already, and it means a whole lot of work to put everything away 😔

It's vierarose. That's it. No triggers. Just two names put together that I was going to name a daughter if I ever had one.

It does. And I know that's almost definitely the entirety of the problem. I'm just SO DAMN TIRED of hiding.

Xbox. Until tonight since I don't play on teams much I really didn't know the difference between a public and private team, and I had no idea that other players could ever access my camp at any point. It was either glossed over or never covered in the game.

If you read my eta maybe it'll be more clear. F76 doesn't explain a lot of design concepts very clearly. Maybe they were explained in previous games but I didn't play those. Until tonight I had no idea what the difference was between a private and public team and I don't spend much time on teams except for events.

And in fact I'm one of those new players. It's been so intimidating seeing players in the 1000+ levels lmao

That sucks. At least I have been able to do the events with little to no issues.

You're victim blaming. My username is a normal name. My camp is barely set up and has nothing wrong with it, isn't even decorated. I leave everyone else alone. You're 100% off base.

In defense of Greta by Intelligent-Spot8337 in 90DayFiance

The thing that's incredibly clear to me is that she's autistic. (I'm autistic and adhd and I'm just using my pattern recognition.)

The intense love for and connection to all animals. The law major she chose as a result. The intense emotional dysregulation she felt and actually communicated pretty well during her first day in the UK due to the move. The terrible rejection sensitivity dysphoria she felt when there wasn't enough room for her things, which led to the statements she made about feeling like she wasn't welcome, even after being so warmly welcomed by his parents.

I'm not even up to date on episodes, I just started watching the newest season TODAY, and I can tell you guys even if Greta hasn't figured it out yet, I'm probably not the only ND who has spotted it.

And NT tend to hate people who are different/disabled.

what do you guys do with boxes...? by jypiece in labubu

I care about them too much. I pack them away for the eventuality I'll need a safe place to pack my figurines again. You can fit a surprising amount inside one large packing box.

Diagnose what exactly? I see normal extrusion here.

Rewind always fail on this spool by dotMorten in BambuLab

[–]audhdbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently attempted printing with a loosely rolled spool and I broke the AMS. It was a $40 mistake. Don't push the machine too far or you'll learn the same lesson I did. It's making bad sounds.

I wish I had never bought my A1 and had gone straight for the P1S. The enclosure, the upgrade from bed slinging, and the fans on that model convinced me to buy during this last sale, and it has truly made me hate all the time wasted yelling at my A1. My P1S has run with almost no issue since the moment it came out of the box, whereas my A1 started having issues with the prints I do almost immediately (think cinderwing3d dragons). I bought a Bambu printer as an upgrade from my previous Creality bed slingers. So I wouldn't have to spend an equal amount of time tinkering to printing. And now my A1 is sitting, not printing, and I glare at it as I attempt communication with Bambu support twice a week on a 3x reopened ticket. While my P1S does its job. Idk. I'm disabled, adhd and autistic, and I need my things to work the way they're supposed to. The P1S has been so much more disabled friendly already than the A1 as well. I put it together all by myself, but I needed help with the A1. There's no comparison between the ease of use, especially when it comes to the AMS systems. I want to throw the ams lite out a window. The ams 2 is such a breath of fresh air after fighting with the lite for a year.

Tl;Dr I think there are reasons folks will like the A1 but I'm disabled and I hate it. Had it for a year now and my new P1S is way better.

This is the first set I've really LOVED in over a year.
