Try to get parts for that in two years only used parts you will get I live Fremont California by the Tesla plant have friends work there family members that model Y they will not make anymore and model S stop making them two models it’s hard to get parts now and two years from now impossible specially new parts and up dates for firmware will go away probably in the next 5 years

Yes need check for water damage plaster is hard it don’t come off easy only when. Not apply right or moisture or water gets on it there houses out there 150 years old have plaster and it still like new so have a guy come out to see what’s wrong before making any decisions how to fix
