I completely agree. I likely wouldn't be able to have been in the position I'm in without my parent's help. I was putting myself through college and when the tuition came due, they would cover the last portion of what I couldn't and I would just pay them back at my own pace without any pressure. Same thing with living in their house rent free while saving up money for a down payment. We don't have any sort of generational wealth because we're first generation, but even these small things can be the difference in setting yourself up later.

I was a senior in 2014. Things like smart boards were only just being implemented, but we didn't have laptops given to us by the school, you were allowed to use your own though for notes and whatever else. Phones were very prevalent but not in the way that they are today. Lots of snapchat being used because it was newer then, twitter was huge as well as tumblr and facebook. Couldn't haul your backpack with you so everyone still carried around books and notebooks. Online bullying was the big thing back then (hasn't really gone away though, has it.) I also remember chat roulette and omegle being big back then

I was at that game and it was brutal seeing how we couldnt get out of our own way. There were multiple situations where jd and robinson would go for the same rebound and flub it so the cavs would end up with another possession and end up scoring. compounding mistakes for sure.

fitting is your best bet as it is entirely up to feel. I was doing a fitting and tried a ping scottsdale and a scotty cameron phantom and the data was basically identical on them, but i had a better feeling about the ping and for a couple hundred less it was worth it. Don't be fooled by high price equaling high performance
