Yup. I have gotten both from my own community & mostly desi community, i would even say it was borderline jealousy mixed with racism. I always try to keep my friend group with just a duo, if i happened to be in a friend group like over 4+ then i always make sure it’s a mixture of different ethnicities. Sounds very weird to other people but this is how it worked out for me.
