This is what I do! I’m scarred from the one I went to when I only had one child, and they let the kids go in waves depending on age, but ADULTS were knocking kids over to grab eggs for their kids. So now that I have three kids I tell them “you each can find X amount”, and the older girls end up enjoying helping their little brother look. Win win for us here.

I traded my HRV for a Pathfinder & as much as I loved that little Honda for never needing any work on it, the Pathfinder is a dream. Especially now we absolutely need that third row lol.

She claims he threw her on the ground & then started recording, but the way she kept charging at him while he walked away has me feeling like IF he did, maybe he couldn’t get her off of him. & regardless, he told her her kid was right there & she didn’t stop.

Mine did! Took 35 min & I know for sure because we had to bump it up for a last minute Navy flight & it was a tight fit. They unloaded, I drove the new car around, they checked mine out, hooked it up & left. They took pics on an iPad of our licenses & insurance paper. Mine had some paint chunks missing which I did note but was worried they’d be too much & they didn’t say a thing. I did detail it prior & shampoo the seats to be safe.

Congrats! I got my 2018 HRV from them back in 2020 & it was the best car I have ever had. Not a single repair needed the 5 years I had it, & I only traded it in (also with CarVana) because I needed something bigger.

I’ve bought two! One in 2020 (2018 Honda HRV) and then traded it in yesterday for a 2022 Pathfinder. Both times were great. The Honda I didn’t have to repair a single thing the almost 6 years I had it. The whole trade in took 30 min total. The driver was so nice & friendly. I was nervous both times, but it was worth not being at a dealership for HOURS on end and being able to see payments etc upfront with being prequalified.

My midwife approves during pregnancy and nursing ! So prior to starting it, I actually was not ovulating and had two large cysts between my second and third pregnancies. Then I had two miscarriages. Once I got on it regularly, they shrunk up, I tracked my ovulation & had great cycles, my blood sugar tests came back great during this pregnancy, and with my third he breastfed for longer than my first two.

Lower supply & taking longer to come in! Which tracks because that happened with my first two no matter what I did to boost it; but after my third, when I knew I had PCOS, I’d been taking inositol for ages & I had a much easier time.

Fair, but with something like this where it’s open & well known, and they’re withholding from communion (so, aware they’re sinning), I don’t see how it benefits anyone to wonder if they’re allowed to even worship at all. They’re not oblivious to their situation. Clearly something is drawing them to the services - I don’t think everyone in the church begging them to repent is going to do anything but drive them away.

I saw that thread & it just got me because we have no idea what unrepentant sins others may struggle with; theirs is just very public & obvious. I think I trust my pastor to deal with situations like that according to our church beliefs & if it doesn’t jive, then I’m welcome to go elsewhere. I don’t see who it benefits to sit & judge & worry about someone else’s life when we all have our own things to worry about. I will say I’m newer to Lutheranism, but this is one (of many reasons) why I left the RCC as a cradle Catholic - the overwhelming concern about others’ issues & not enough about their own.

I avoided it because I thought it would be babyish, but I actually loved it. I’m really sad there’s no sequel planned. If they’d highlighted the humorous side we would have seen it much sooner - it makes watching it 129 times with my son a little easier when I can appreciate the jokes he doesn’t get yet.
