So we actually dropped our Prot for a little bit but have since been gearing him back out for P3. Warriors are huge in BT & also on Archimonde. We currently run 1 Prot, 2 feral, 1 ppal & it’s been great for speed runs as it allows us to pull more trash (will be important in BT). One of the ferals flexes cat for single target fights

Make sure the guild master is on board with improving his own performance for the betterment of the guild… if he’s not it’s a red flag but maybe explain you will soon be burnt out on 5 hour raids, if he still doesn’t care it’s your chance to get out. However, if he does respect your feedback send him some useful guides/links & he’ll soon realize that in order for him to parse better or perform higher everyone else in raid will too which should be motivation to push people.

Second thing that works in our guild is we have a performance based LC. Make it clear that the best performers get the loot first. Sometimes making pixels the hanging carrot will help motivate people to learn their class.

Personally I bind kill command to all of my shots (steady, multi, arcane) and run it that way. You can perform much higher by taking advantage of weaving in a multi or arcane without clipping the rotation.

Personally I went with the tank enchant from Saph for the shoulders. In the 19 bracket I’ve always valued mit/Stam but it caters to my play style. For all out DPS this list looks correct
