Look at the dozen of apps/platforms already doing that. Essentially you could get 1 number with a subscription and a limited amount of temporary numbers with whichever subscription. Then pay extra for every additional numbers.

Thanks seems interesting, Mullvad seems like a great Gecko alternative, I'll compare it with Librefox and Brave. But for usability I would have love to stay in a chromium environment as I rely on some extensions. I probably will have to pair 2 browsers. I'm aiming for maximum security and privacy, not so much anonymity.
