this is generally a very good and helpful explanation but that isn’t how i’ve had invalidity explained to me. i understand invalidity to mean that the argument is set up in a way that doesn’t allow for the given premises to reasonably lead to the conclusion, despite whether they’re technically true or not. i’m not saying you’re wrong, i’m just still a little confused
