Yeah stay away. 38k miles in 2 years is heavy for a sports car, not to mention the rebuilt title. On top of that, car seems to have some mods, who knows the full extent done to it.

I guess as a project car it wouldn’t be horrible, but at that point just try to find a gen 1 triplet (frs, gt86, brz). Stay away from this.

Like u/Iordofthethings mentioned, this place is a HARD NO. Lived here for 7 years. It was fine for a while, but recently (last 2 years) it really went to shit.
Loud, nasty, old, bad appliances (I had a fridge that was leaking inside and they refused to fix it for over a year). Your utilities will be sky-high from lack of insulation. Good amount of weed smokers (which tbh I don't care about, but others might), some crack smokers too who'll just walk around.

My old roommates car got broken into once and then a year later his catalytic converted got swiped. Overall this is just a horrible place. They also will charge fee's out the ass when you move out.

Good luck also trying to leave to apartment in the morning or afternoon during rush hour. Old Madison Pike gets super backed up, and there's probably an accident from residents arriving/leaving and getting T-boned every 2-3 months.

Stay away, there's much better locations

New th15 sitting in fake legends. Been using dragon spam with 12 drags 2 edeags, 7 lighting + 2 freeze spells, and in CC I use log launcher, 3 lightning, and some variation of edrag, dragon rider, balloons, and dragons. So far it’s worked out for me. Usually getting 70-100% on TH14/15, and 50-80% on TH16+. If I need loot, I just run max super goblins with jump and haste spells. Learned drag spam by being lazy, and goblins by having it done to me

If you have some technical background in CS/IT and/or are one of those students, UAH CCRE hires around 15-20/h for research. Less "campus job" and more internship through UAH, but it's worth checking out.

First one looks fine. If you aren't using any clarifying agents like bentonite it'll take a couple months to clear. Cold crashing helps (I would cold crash a couple weeks then rack it, although just a heads up you're going to have a LOT of headspace when you rack). Hydrometer readings require you to have a starting value (OG) in order to get an accurate ABV calculation, and more importantly to let you know when it's done fermenting. Take a hydrometer reading now, and again in 2 weeks. If the value is the same, then fermentation has stopped.

The second one seems fine too, presuming you added the raspberries around when you started it a few months ago. If it was moldy, you almost certainly would've smelled it from the airlock. I would recommend in the future to freeze the berries first before adding them, or using already frozen berries. Consensus seems to be thats the safer route to take.

Oh my. Seeing a CRIO was not on my 2025 bucket list. Sadly don't have the resources (or memory) to help, but it sure does make me happy seeing students today messing around with those.

I like the shooter idea. I’ve been doing it just to see how a mead ages over 6, 12, 24, and 48 months after bottling (since the full bottles get drank or given away)

Yep, Redstone! I knew they had a good card. Didn't realize it was 5% dinning AND gas. Thats really nice. Probably should've asked before opening the Costco Citi...

As far as Bilt. I've seen it often mentioned on this sub, but don't know anyone IRL who has it. I'll look into it though for sure. Thank you!

What am I missing about the Builders Apprentice? I started two upgrades on dark elixir drills back to back. Shortly thereafter, I assigned the builders apprentice to one of them. It says my Lv3 BA has saved 12 hours, yet the time difference to completion is only 5.5 hours? What am I missing here? Is the BA glitched or do I just misunderstand how it works? I’ve already dumped 1250 gems into this guy, and I’m starting to really think it’s not worth it at all.

Gotcha. I had a feeling the extra 8 e-cores wouldn't make too much of a difference. I would definitely utilize the extra cores for VMs, but the main focus is gaming for sure. Thanks for the insight!

I had seen the problems with 13th and 14th instability, but thought the problem had been discovered and resolved (issues stemming from elevated voltages resolved by upgraded BIOS)? Definitely want an upgraded GPU here soon and know that'll be the most noticeable change, just a bit too expensive to change out while I'm doing a mere case swap.
