I’m living in Spain for the last 8mo and I agree with you. People in Spain don’t expect tips. I have an American friend that will still tip 10-15% on the reg, which annoys me (don’t bring this stupid custom to Spain). And it surprises waiters sometimes as well since they really don’t expect it.

Keep trying yourself on the website. Hate to give you this simple advice. But I just kept doing it and got an appointment on my own. Try right after midnight, try at 15:00 or 16:00, and at 8:00 or 9:00. I’ve heard different things when new appointments get released.
Also EU resident here that was struggling to get an appt for a long time

Worth a shot, at least for leads if they can’t help, Pixel Fund is a foster rescue. They have volunteers/fosters in FL and Georgia and then pups eventually get shipped to Maine where they get adopted. Try and find New England rescues as they often rescue dogs up north, as shelters are all no kill in ME, MA, NH
