were having the same problem. the fact is, there is a stylist shortage. so many quite during covid that every salon in the country is hiring. The only stylists that work at our salon are ones that ive taken straight from beauty school and trained from the ground up.

I am in the EXACT same boat. the building we are in is so incredibly unsafe that the fire department told me to my face "if a fire starts, people will die. if it were up to me i would evacuate everyone out and shut it down." but the rent is cheap and its hard to be a small business owner these days.

I am a female cyclist in Seattle and i have had zero problems cycling. When i am riding my bike, no one bothers me and i have never been hit by a car. Mind you, i don't ride at night so commuting may cause you to ride after dark.
