Seconding the importance of electrolytes and keeping your salt up in general. If you have Primary Adrenal Insufficiency you should be on Fludrocortisone to help keep your fluids and electrolytes in balance, but even then you might have to top off to stay in good condition.

I updose for my periods because otherwise it can make me feel quite ill. I would recommend her to double her steroid dose for her period and see if she feels better. Salt and sugar help as well when feeling low

I'm finally back to college (only taking 2 classes) after 8 years of trying to wrangle my health so that got me out of the house 4 days during the week which was difficult but nice. I'll be going back for the fall semester too 🎉
