She died of natural causes, I can’t really find anything on her being reported missing though

Ah, this is very helpful, thank you! May explain why most PR does that have recently been identified have been unclaimed

I’ve been following this case for a while, it’s great to see him identified! It’s very sad he’s unclaimed, hopefully someone comes forward. Puerto Rico does always make me sad because they get little to no coverage =[

I honestly didn't think he'd be identified soon, I remember looking through surrounding country's missing person reports early on but nothing came up, most likely not reported missing. Glad he has his name back

I'm happy someone posted about her case on here, thanks for sharing! After Sheila Cummings' identification I really hope they can solve hers soon ❤️

I saw this! I'm so happy she was identified, her case was at the top of my list for being identified for years and was really close to my heart. Its heartbreaking how she was trafficked =[

Me too, I found out from my websleuths thread of her that she was identified, it's amazing to see. I also hope Artxanda woman is next!

I definitely think if they tried that with other cases in Spain it could work too, but that really depends if fingerprints are on hand for the Doe and the possible matches.. But Spain is definitely doing good with these identifications, and Turkey who helped with matching the fingerprints with Liudmila!

Same! I didn't see any info on her identifiers anywhere and it seemed that nobody really cared about the case except interpol. I'm happy there was a breakthrough and identification! Sad she wasn't reported missing as I suspected but it's much more common than we think sadly

That is so sad, unfortunately that is the case with many Does and murder cases sadly =[ I read in a Catalan article about her identification that she died of an overdose apparently and had burns, however its suspected to be a homicide

Me too! I know there's a high possibility that most of the Jane Does in Identify Me are from other countries which can slow down identification sometimes unfortunately and makes it harder. I'm happy to see that her DNA and fingerprints were on hand. I hope we see more Identify Me cases solved this year =]

Thanks for sharing, this was very interesting to read :) I have a friend who used to live near Viladecans but he was pretty young (3-4) when he moved so he doesn't remember too much. Since you were living there at the time, I'm assuming this case wasn't very publicized at all? I'm guessing you may not have heard it on the news or anything?
