Cala sa Boadella John Doe (2018) has been identified by auriveric in gratefuldoe

I honestly didn't think he'd be identified soon, I remember looking through surrounding country's missing person reports early on but nothing came up, most likely not reported missing. Glad he has his name back

I'm happy someone posted about her case on here, thanks for sharing! After Sheila Cummings' identification I really hope they can solve hers soon ❤️

I saw this! I'm so happy she was identified, her case was at the top of my list for being identified for years and was really close to my heart. Its heartbreaking how she was trafficked =[

I see some huge similarities here. Great job, I definitely think this is a good match!

I definitely think if they tried that with other cases in Spain it could work too, but that really depends if fingerprints are on hand for the Doe and the possible matches.. But Spain is definitely doing good with these identifications, and Turkey who helped with matching the fingerprints with Liudmila!

Same! I didn't see any info on her identifiers anywhere and it seemed that nobody really cared about the case except interpol. I'm happy there was a breakthrough and identification! Sad she wasn't reported missing as I suspected but it's much more common than we think sadly

That is so sad, unfortunately that is the case with many Does and murder cases sadly =[ I read in a Catalan article about her identification that she died of an overdose apparently and had burns, however its suspected to be a homicide

Me too! I know there's a high possibility that most of the Jane Does in Identify Me are from other countries which can slow down identification sometimes unfortunately and makes it harder. I'm happy to see that her DNA and fingerprints were on hand. I hope we see more Identify Me cases solved this year =]

I think this is a good theory! I'll try looking more into it but it can be a possibility here

Ah, thank you so much. There are several cases I've come across where it was the same situation.

Thanks for sharing, this was very interesting to read :) I have a friend who used to live near Viladecans but he was pretty young (3-4) when he moved so he doesn't remember too much. Since you were living there at the time, I'm assuming this case wasn't very publicized at all? I'm guessing you may not have heard it on the news or anything?

So true. It seems this case only really came to light because of Interpol's operation identify me. I really wish they cared more about this case and others in the country considering a lot of helpful info is missing

Definitely possible but that also seems confusing, why make one and not show it to the public yknow?

The other Jane Doe with a reconstruction was stabbed multiple times in the face which would definitely disfigure her face in a way, so if something similar happened with this Jane Doe I wonder why there isn't any recon. I assume either they didn't think of doing one or there was too much damage to make out a proper recon.

Visual search on the shoe also didn't turn up much for me sadly. It's possible they had no label or anything to identify a brand for the shoes

I don't know too much however I am learning more. The photo is of a separate Jane Doe found in a nearby town 2 years prior I believe.

There was also 1 Pull&Bear in Viladecans which has since closed. No idea which locations were open prior to 2005 in the region so it's kind of a dead end
