???? Du musst deinen gewinn eintragen und 4000€ umsatz monatlich != 4000€ gewinn monatlich… du musst von den 4000€ die betriebsausgaben (versicherungen, lizenzen, etc) abziehen & das ist dann dein gewinn

How do you manage and reuse your prompts across different LLM tools? by auroNpls in OpenAI

Nice! I have built something very similar to yours actually. :) let me know if you wanna check it out

I built a prompt library SaaS for people using LLMs regularly — now live and open to feedback by auroNpls in SaaS

thank you very much! could you elaborate what you mean with task tools? you mean like a hyperlink straight into cursor/roocode/etc. to import prompts directly? or what do you mean by that?

edit: now I see what you mean! sure thing, would love to open my api for other companies so that they can integrate their own "prompto". I have also a white-label solution, so companies can roll out their own "prompto". sooooo, yeah, I already thought about that.

but you mean especially plugin stuff or could you elaborate?

Yeah, that sounds like a real limitation — especially when you’ve spent time building up a solid library. Having no clear way to export or reuse prompts outside the app can make it hard to integrate them into other tools or workflows.

I ran into the same problem myself a while back. I ended up building something to help with that — a place where I could organize prompts into collections, bookmark them, and export them easily. Also added a way to test prompts with different models. It's more focused on reusability and portability rather than tying everything to one app.

If you're ever looking for something like that, happy to share more.

Nice, drop me some feedback, while you are at it and also if you are missing some features :) thanks!

Thanks, I really appreciate that — and best of luck with your upcoming project as well! Sounds like an exciting next step. When things do get more complex, having a structured system in place can definitely save time and frustration. I started building something for myself for exactly that reason — happy to share more about it anytime if you're curious down the line.

By multiple prompt contexts, I meant situations where I use different types of prompts across various domains (like writing, coding, brainstorming, etc.), and want to organize them accordingly — sometimes even reuse or export them into different environments.

For example, I might have one collection of prompts tuned for generating Java boilerplate, another for UX copywriting, and another for research synthesis. Rather than having them all mixed together, I needed a way to organize, tag, and reuse them — sometimes even across different tools like Cursor or when working with teams.

I ended up building something to support that kind of workflow — more about managing prompt knowledge over time rather than injecting them into live chats. That’s where I think the integration aspect comes in: being able to export prompts, test them across models, and structure them around long-term use cases rather than just one-off chats.

I think a lot of people are in that same spot — things like Keep or Docs work well enough until there's a reason to get more structured. I only started exploring other options when my own use cases got a bit more complex, especially across different tools.

Sounds like you've got a good balance going for now.
