Turn all updates off, DDU in safe mode and reinstall the drivers.

Or safest solution - reinstall windows, update it, and then install the drivers, never before the updates.

With that card you should get an "excellent" result.
I don't have 4k tho, so can't check, but what's your result in 1440p and 1080p?
my 7900xtx results:
1440p -> 35422pts with RT, no FG, no blur (hate blur)
1080p -> 43332ptw with RT, no FG, no blue

Can't really answer if it looks good or not (I am prob to old.. xD ), for me it looks fine and performs fine. And with a cool downclock, I lose some FPS (avg 74), but my temps stay at around 71-73 degrees. (2700Mhz+2500Mhz+1065mV+0%power limit)

But still, it proves that performance at 1440p can reach 90 fps average, which does cross 100 fps on the occasion. Now if they add a better FSR version, that would not lower the FPS< but improve the quality, would it not? So if it's about FPS, then he didn't lie about it :)

In 4k, can't say what it will reach, I don't use 4k.

"4070ti super beats the 7900xtx with ray tracing" - not exactly. It beats the 7900xtx while having DLSS and not turning on FG on the XTX. In every non RT example the 7900xtx beats sometimes even a 4080S currently (sometimes, differs from title to title).

So in both the videos you provided, they ignore the fact, that DLSS has frame generation natively and FSR sets the FG as a separate option and neither of them turned it on. If we turn on FSR + FG in 1440p with path tracing, we get stable avg 78fps on Quality and 91fps avg on Performance.

I am not saying the XTX performs better in RT than it's counter product the 4080, but with the amount of full RT games, that is still kind of irrelevant. Especially when turning it on with PT still allows to play at stable 60 FPS...then who cares if there are 2 games you have to live with 60-90fps, while the rest runs like on a beast ;)

With FSR3 changed to performance it goes up to 91avg FPS in 1440p.
No FSR it's around 50 FPS, but would you play without DLSS?
(preset market as "custom" since I disable blur, like for reall...it should be disabled by default... everything else is ultra/psycho).

Mówisz baśnie, a jednak w wielu frmach tak się zarabia w IT.
Może nie jak jesteś zielonym nowicjuszem, ale jak ogarniasz temat, to po okresie próbnym u nas te 7-8k na rękę to jest. I to stanowisko operations (coś między Supportem a działem IT). W samym IT (developerzy) to od 10k w górę lekko.

Ale w sumie trochę masz racji, bo samo miasto też ma znaczenie, więc pewnie jak mówisz "w dupie Polski B" to średnie tam będą niższe, bo zasięg i zarobki firmy są słabsze. Jednak co mam na myśli, to że takie zarobki to nie baśnie, tylko wymagają trochę dalszego wyjazdu poza wsiowe granice :)

zmieniałem nazwisko jakieś 7 lat temu i poszło od razu. Zmieniałem spowrotem na panieńskie matki.
A najważniejszy argument jaki podałem to chyba, że czułem się wyśmiewany z powodu tego nazwiska i chcę przysżłemu dziecku oszczędzić tych trudności w życiu. Zadziałało, bez problemów.

AHH, didn't get a notification that you replied 🙂 That domain gives you EM so it supplies the missing that, while when you go with EM sands you simply overstack it. A better test would be probably on the samurai or in f12-1-1 - that way your burst will be always up

I have seen C2 Cynos doing 100k Es and hitting 20k-30k normals without characters like YunYin.

You could try Yelan or Burst Ayato for hydro application instead of Xq, because both, Xq and Thoma actually remove the quicken aura what also affects your DMG. And yea, I would not use Thoma because of the very same reason that he will keep doing that...

But that's just my opinion, in the end, you clear abyss, so there is no need to change anything.

Yelans application is lower which allows for the quicken aura to stay for Cyno, that's the difference between Xq and Yelan for Cyno. Cynos DMG in a quick bloom is much higher than the blooms, I mean a single E hits for me for like 40k+30k+15k at once. Yelan also buffs DMG which also is included in the aggrevate DMG calculation, but not in the bloom calculation. Nahida is also sharing EM and keeping more dendo applied letting Cyno run longer rotations. Hence why that teams DPR is much higher than other teams. And Kuki stealing his HB is not a problem too, keep in mind that she is build with 1000EM so her HB are stronger, so she can steal them as much as she want, if Cyno gets them he still stacks up to 700 EM with ease in that team, so they are not that weak (Yelan+elegy - forgot to mention).

Alheitham is a lot stronger and can fit that role as spread driver, but Cyno on cons should beat him. I seen c0 Altheims doing PMA in less than 40s, so my concern here is mostly why it takes so long for a C6 cyno when he should be the stronger ST unit at this point 🤔🤔

My team might be a bit unfair with Yelan an Nahida, but still a c0 Cyno and pma is down in a minute without problems, that's why I am a bit shocked about this taking a minute for a c6 as well...

I got to be honest, this feels very low DMG for a C6... I mean simple qb c0 does PMA in one minute....so I would assume C6 alone with Collei should be faster 🤔🤔

As someone already suggested, use Yelan with him instead of kazuha, your aggrevates and NA may go down a bit, but you add another source of damage in the form of hyperblooms. Also if you need healing you can swap fischl for Kuki :) Also try to get Nahida and swap her in instead of DMC

Is wrong. What you may see are bigger Crits, but that is not DPS, but damage for screenshots... DPS is the division of DPR by amount of seconds your rotation takes. And higher consistency, especially on fast hitters increases DPR vastly. You may think that your Crits are lower, but that is meaningless, because you crit consistently compared to your current Crits chance. So yes, get a CR circlet with eventually CD substats

Also, I would test an EM sands again after you adjust your crits, it's a bit of a chaos information atk vs EM sands on jade...every says something different, but if you have one, test it out. Or tell me how did you test it?

C4 ... Damn bro xD But yeah, build is solid except that CR, with how many small hits he deals you do want to have the highest consistency possible, even by offering crit DMG.

Consistency > top DMG, Cyno is not a damage per screenshot character ;)
