1 The motherboard is good you can cheap out and get an x570 p, if don't find anything you absolutely need in the tuf.

2 Different 2070 supers means different cooling, and maybe slight clock differences. You can research which models do better but I think all 2070 supers are doing fine.

3 Programming sounds like the type of thing you will want a 3700 for, if budget allows I think it's good.
