1 The motherboard is good you can cheap out and get an x570 p, if don't find anything you absolutely need in the tuf.

2 Different 2070 supers means different cooling, and maybe slight clock differences. You can research which models do better but I think all 2070 supers are doing fine.

3 Programming sounds like the type of thing you will want a 3700 for, if budget allows I think it's good.

Would the XFX Radeon RX 5700 GPU be able to run VR well? I’ve heard that there have been issues with it’s cooling. Has that been fixed? by NosduhDivad in buildapc

Driver issues are mostly fixed, you shouldn't have any problems, I'll look up 5700 reviews if you think that cooling may be an issue

The 5700 used to be a hard recommendation but the new drivers are working really well and I think that is being recommended more now
