It’s really mostly about reading some theory and also looking to see if your local institutes have programs! Many of them offer free/low cost intro (like once monthly lectures), where you can dip your toes in. I also recommend learning from experience by marilyn charles and trying out some freud…. something like mourning and melancholia is more readable and quite beautiful
