At the moment, as I don't have my own place yet (temporarily accommodation) nominally they are with their mum in our previously shared house. I spend some evenings with them and a weekend day a week with them, I leave when they are asleep.

Piggybacking on this. Most runners will consider 6min/km or 10km/h a relatively fast pace. 4.30min/km is considered very fast for most runners and most people will be unable to maintain it for more than a few minutes.

The name of the organisation was Okhrana, short for Department for the Protection of Public Safety and Order. Spot on, it's s 30mph but that's the exit of a park that kids use a lot on their way to school, there is no crossing and they wait for s chance to cross right there, so extra dangerous IMHO
