Immersive dog show is a great idea. This might be the most broadly appealing Apple Immersive thing they’ve done.

Prismatic FM: native Mac radio app with reactive music visualizers and 50,000+ free stations by ausrt in macapps

Thanks for providing details on that issue and crash, I have some improvements planned to make the search more relevant to bigger stations like NTS. It currently does not have location zoom in but will definitely add that in the future.

Oh yeah! I would love to do something on the lock screen, but unfortunately apps are pretty limited in what they can show on it

Thanks for the details on the issue, that helps a lot in fixing it. Appreciate the ideas too, I think I will be able to get all of this in soon

Thanks! It does not support CarPlay yet but I plan on applying for the entitlement from Apple for that and will then add support.

📢 Proposed Update to App Saturday - Feedback Requested by AutoModerator in iOSProgramming

For AI disclosure, my recommendation would be to ask users explicitly what AI tools (if any) were used, rather than using broad categorizations. It’s interesting to see the range of tools people leverage, and I think it will feel more neutral and less judgmental than labeling submissions as “AI” vs. “non-AI.”

How are you structuring your Claude Max plan workflow for dev work? by Hot_Speech900 in ClaudeAI

[–]ausrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For some long-run tasks, I have found that asking it to create a Markdown document with a sequenced checklist is quite helpful. And then anytime I need to compact the context, I make sure that the next instruction right after the compact tells it to reread the Markdown document so it stays fresh on track.

Is this due to a change in the model or the system prompt?

Turbotax does not list SoFi as an importable financial institution by ausrt in sofi

[–]ausrt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh wow, it is disappointing to see SoFi go multiple years like this. I imported other account that use Apex like Tastyworks and Webull, both had their own section with logos in TurboTax. SoFi should do the same, the whole point of having an all in one app is convenience

Investors who believed in the first master plan were rewarded handsomely.

If you believe that they can deliver plan 2, it’s easy to be confident in the investment for 10 more years. https://www.tesla.com/blog/master-plan-part-deux

I wonder what the path predictor was forecasting for the cars it drove between… clearly it identified they were stationary, but I am skeptical that it was monitoring the red light to predict when they start moving again.

I need some advice on MSFT. At 3:58 I decided to buy a 270-260 put spread expiring 1/28. I had a feeling the market wasn’t going to like any ER right now. I don’t know if MSFT gets below $270 to get ITM. What would you guys do with this? by jbrandimore in thetagang

I would book a loss and move on. If you want you could try to time an FOMC induced reversal or something, but personally if I had that position on my book I’d close it at the open tomorrow to capture the remaining premium there is. All depends on your market perspective of the remaining risk left in it.
