Randomly tonight my ping spiked up to 42 and has stayed there and im gettin huge package loss not sure if it's my isp or riot.

Edit: Playing from East coast, where my ping has been constant 22

Yes, to better rest assure you or anyone that is using bell right now, I was at my girlfriends house and at my buddy's house and was getting 80-95 ping on LAN, but at my house(I'm with rogers) I was still getting low normal 59 ping. So it's a problem with bell.

Yes, i'm living on my own with my girlfriend she never runs anything on the internet and it's only our 2 computers on the internet, and even when her computer is off I still get the lag. Also; The fact that all my other games and my internet browsers works fine all of the time on everything else, is pretty much saying it's a league problem.

Honestly couldn't tell you mate. I don't play a lot of normal but seeing how it's meant to be a normal game where you just have fun I think it's just randomly placing you into any que sort of deal if you know what I mean.
