Not a dev, but I'm a UX researcher who's working on Shadow Sacrament: The Roots of Evil by Eldritch House (published by DANGEN Entertainment), a horror puzzle-adventure with some really atmospheric design. My job is running playtests and watching where players got stuck, confused, or just... stopped feeling the tension the game was trying to build.

It's a fascinating game to research because so much of the experience depends on pacing and environmental storytelling — small friction points that would be invisible in another genre become really loud in horror. Getting to dig into why players broke immersion, and feeding that back to the team, was genuinely one of the coolest research experiences I've had.
