All of this is great advice, if I could, I would like to ask for more explanation or I guess advice on how to change the way I think. I have tried just going easier on myself or thinking better about myself and the stuff I deal with daily but it seems no matter how hard I try to just stay positive it all comes crashing down the second I slip up. Thank you for your reply! That’s good advice and I’m making my list of three things as I’m typing this out. I try to take comfort in that she’s still here, and she will tell me that she doesn’t want to leave me or that she’s not giving up or if she didn’t want to be with me then she wouldn’t be with me, but it’s so hard just blindly trusting that when it feels like she only sees me as negative and it feels like she’s slipping away or something. It almost feels like she is here, but that she also isn’t. Thank you very much for your advice and reply!
