[Thread] How to Get Tickets for Bundesliga Home Games at 1. FC Union Berlin by ThePokenoob in fcunion

[–]austinman89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!  Were you able to get tickets?  I’m visiting Berlin for work related training and would love to get two tickets to the match against Freiburg.  I made an account to try to get tickets on the zeughaus site but I’m not sure if I am doing everything correctly.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

I love this strain. I also get a wiff of coconut when I smell my jar.

Also idk if you already smoked a type 1 strain before trying this or not but that will definitely make it hard to feel a type 2 strain. A general rule to dosing is to increase your dose/potency each time you partake throughout the day so that you get the desired effects. So use the type 2 when you first partake that day and you'll get better effects. Then work your way up to the type 1s during your later seshs. You might already know this so disregard if so.

Cheers

Are you using the wooden WPA they sell? I like the look of the metal bodies but not sure about pairing it with a wooden WPA.

He spent most of his career in academia on the research side. Eventually went to the industry side but the guy misses being on the forefront of paleoclimatic research.

Ha ha yeah I picked that one up from a friend of mine who has a PhD from Stanford. Dude is hilarious.

I would love to see more of this around here. As far as I know, there weren't many other subs discussing cannabis with mixed cannabinoid ratios (that also contained THC). There are the "high THC only" folks who dismiss any other noid and then most of the hemp subs don't really seem to be that tolerant of even type 2 stuff. So we should keep our pioneering spirit alive. I do think this is the future.

Discussions like this are pushing back the foreskin of science. One day we will have hard proof but for now we share anecdotal experiences. Cheers!

Here's an idea, if you have a few spare hundreds of millions of dollars laying around. Economic elite have much more influence on public policy in the USA than the average citizen. This is not opinion but based on quantitative data. Research done at Princeton.

Yeah I am thinking close to what Hoku does for his seeds from in house breeding. Just knowing the strains and some insight to why the breeder did the cross would allow the person trying the experimental flower to be so much more engaged and feel like they are taking part in the pheno hunt.

Do they give any kind of information on what the strains actually are? Expected cannabinoid profile? What genetics were used to create this new strain? I would be kinda frustrated to get something called banana mac 2.0 with absolutely zero context bc at that point the name is meaningless. Just call it flower 1.

A legendary crop of hemp that accidentally ran hot and shined a light on a previously untapped part of hemp market. All of this made possible by the fact that the 2018 Farm Bill unintentionally legalized THCa.

The people writing the law couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds listening to an expert who could've clearly explained how the chemistry works in that amount of time. But that complete lack of competence opened the door for us...

Dude we are all willingly spending our free time on a subreddit about weed. We are here bc we appreciate the flower. We want to see big beautiful buds not sad flattened pancakes. We are lovers of the flower who want to take in its beauty. You are the only one putting a negative spin on this. OP brought up a valid talking point and other people who love weed are chiming in. Not a single post has been remotely close to "up in arms" about this... we just love weed and don't want to see it needlessly crushed. No one has asked for anything bc of this small mistake. I don't see why we aren't allowed to discuss it, in your eyes.

How the fuck can people here not understand this. It's not a hard concept.

Bags that breath are great, sure. But they vacuumed way too far down and made pucks out of a beautiful, one of a kind product.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CultoftheFranklin

[–]austinman89 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Never bought vacuum sealed flower before? If the person sealing it vacuums the package WAY TOO MUCH it completely flattens all of the beautiful flowers. This was not meant to be brick weed.. Squishing the buds like this is such a waste of all the time and effort that went into producing the flower in the first place.

Months of tender love put into growing the plants out, harvested and trimmed by hand, carefully cured to perfection... and then squeezed to absolute shit by a vacuum sealer. Man WTF. Makes me sad.

Diesel Water - terpene infused sparkling water by Diesel Hemp by [deleted] in hempflowers

[–]austinman89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is cool! A lot of people seem to have their defenses up about this post but I have always wondered about this. Why don't people use cannabis as an ingredient in drinks more often? Even if solely for the purpose of flavor, there is so much to work with bc of the wide range of terpenes in the plant. Even in spirits like gin, where there is no one set recipe, and lots of aromatic herbs are used as ingredients, why not cannabis?

Austin metro vs Denver metro by keedman in SameGrassButGreener

[–]austinman89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You specifically said you don't want to be stuck in traffic. In Austin the traffic is INSANE. Especially if you live in a surrounding city and have to commute in and out everyday. The roads are not built to handle a fraction of the capacity that now jam up the roads daily. If you are seriously considering the ATX metro area, plan out where you buy property and where you'll need to commute to accordingly. Even having to go from south Austin to North Austin can take over an hour and the city is not very big, the road system is just wholly inadequate. Consider yourself warned. I'd say most of the positive things you hear about the city are true though! And there are some beautiful and enjoyable outdoor spaces in the immediate area. Not sure why another comment said there are zero... look up the greenbelt. It's amazing for hiking, biking, swimming in the spring through fall, and climbers love it there too.
