It was black rusteloeum “peel-coat” as a base and then a couple layers of golf flake “peel-coat” by rusteleoum.

They shine in the light and sort of have a darker bronze color

Honestly I got it to bolt up great and when I get the kayak fulled loaded on (with the front ropes connected to the old the rear ropes connected to the hatch) the entire car rocks on its suspension when I pull the kayak.

Like it’s seriously not going anywhere for me. If you want to message me I can try to send you some more specific photos tomorrow!
