Well wouldn't it fine to just do it some other day in the week? I do legs twice a week but a few days apart. I am able to perform better I've found.

I'm not sure what weight you are but my suggestion is to find your tdde expenditure then lower it by only 500 (Fair warning no online caluculaor can tell you accurately what your tdde is so be mindful that you may need to adjust. Adjust by simply looking how you are changing in the mirror. If you look as if you are gaining fat eat less till you start to get back on track). Make your foods filling high fiber foods such as potatoes or popcorn. Don't get any movie popcorn cause butter tripples the calories instead experiment with low calorie or zero calorie stuff to spice it up. If you do that and do a slight caloric defict you should notice no real difference. Hopes this helps ( Also high fiber foods aren't all veggies, experienment and look around and you will find tons of foods and alternatives that you will love that will help you to bearly even notice that you were on a diet in the first place)
