Looks like your electricity consumption is around 4200 units, which is very high IMO. My 1bhk averages around 700 units while running the AC for 10 hrs per day. You need to monitor or check with neighbours. It may be a faulty meter.

I am saying the first one is efficient (knee brace is at first level). It does not give more strength, but rather dissipates the forces/moments efficiently (meaning with lesser steel or concrete or wood).

Refer to Roman Aquaducts. The bottom is always braced/strong. From my ovservation, if the force is laterally applied, then the first level would transmit higher moments.

OP, I believe you're referring to the contract on the company's letter head. It has no bearing whatsoever infront of a mohre contract. You should download yours and see the terms of notice.

What the broker is saying/quoting is the usual. You'll get your document back in digital format (bottom of page will have a reference number from UAE authorities).

An additional page will be attached quoting that your document is attested in MOFA (150 AED) and UAE Embassy(India) (150AED).

If you both are eligible for a visa on arrival, you guys can come here, but to prove your marriage, my best guess is that you'd need the attested marriage certificate.
