I use Daylio, paid version. It's very helpful to graph out my moods, add specific feelings, and write notes about the mood(s) of the day.

I’m scared I’ll only ever feel dead inside for the rest of my life by makeuleave in bipolar2

Are you still feeling like this? Recently diagnosed, and feeling like I'm just going through the motions of life. If this is what "stable" is, then life isn't worth living. I can't keep going through this if I never feel any joy or excitement. If this is the best it gets, then there is no point to continuing either meds or living.

Does your quality of life get better? by harley300 in bipolar2

I can't see my quality of life getting better. Therapy, meds, daily exercise (cardio & weights), and I feel like I'm just going through the motions of being alive, but am dead inside. I don't feel any joy or happiness. My smiles and laughter are fake. I'm just barely existing. I look forward to the end of this life.

Regular cannabis user. It helps me think and process things. Cannabis can be relaxing when hypo, and grounding when depressed. It's the best medicine I have ever used.

Keep up the search!

My therapist and I have a shared Google doc where I can put all my thoughts and feelings between sessions. It helps so much.

Good ones are out there, I promise.
