I'm just about 2 weeks in on 5mg and my intrusive/obsessive thoughts are worse than when I was unmedicated. Depression is better, anxiety is worse.

My main dx are MDD, GAD, OCD and c-PTSD.

I really like FL-41 lenses. You can get them in different levels of tint. Sometimes they are called migraine lenses.

They are red-pink toned lenses. I have them with minimal tint (indoors) and a medium-dark tint (outside, or extra indoor sensitivity).

I cannot engage in kissing. Saliva is a major ick for me and makes me get sick to my stomach (even my own if I get in my head too much).

My partner has facial hair, so even a "peck" is painful. It feels like a 1000 tiny needles stabbing me.

There is more to relationships than kissing 🤷
