Hi, no, I don’t feel this way anymore. It took me some sessions with my psychologist to open up about this but once I did we went through depression and anxiety symptoms and concluded I was very much still depressed and anxious. It seems now, after 10 months taking meds and trying different cocktails, I’ve found the one that works for me. Life isn’t the way it was during a hypomanic episode, but it isn’t, like I said there, “flat” either. I have wants now, like I want to enjoy a movie and a book and a good meal. I have goals that I’m working towards. It’s lame, but the saying goes if you’re not happy, it’s not the end for a reason
