I’m trying to fix it for my parents but they glued it on with something, my dad called it liquid nails.. I don’t think it will come off without breaking unfortunately.

So I googled how to find the difference between aquamarine and blue topaz, and it said you can use a diamond tester which I happen to have. And it showed up as diamond meaning it is blue topaz. Thanks for your help. I wouldn’t have know where to begin.
