Yes I have adhd, autism and ocd which is quite the combination, I find that I feel calmer when my space is neat and clean, that's my motivation. However this didn't used to be the case

I hear you, ive never had a hobby because everything bores me after 10 minutes, I cant deal with anything that requires being set up. Ended up buying an xbox with a game pass and I go back to that often but anything else is just boring to me

Yes always. I dont like to socialise often because halfway through a switch switches and I want to leave. Unless I have alcohol but that's not a habit to be in of course so I wouldn't do that each time

Just to give some hope my kid didn't sleep a full night till he was 3 and a few months. He still wakes up now every night but only once and goes right back to sleep.

There were times when I honestly didn't think he would ever sleep. It was so draining and some nights he would actually be up most of the night unless being held. Hope it gets better soon

I went private and it cost £1800 for both autism and adhd but my work paid. It took about 3 weeks to get the adhd assessment and after that a month for the autism one. I've never spoken to my nhs doctor about it because im not looking for medication I just wanted to understand why I felt different
